Our general approach is to provide holistic care that looks at the whole person.

At Wellness Sanctuary we are committed to empowering you with the knowledge and tools to make simple, sustainable and effective changes.

Your practitioner will work very closely with you to develop a personalised treatment plan that will suit your specific needs and lifestyle. This will be printed out for you so you can take this home and conveniently refer back to it when needed. This is also useful to help track your progress.

Once you have a management plan you can start to implement the recommendations to rebuild your foundation of health.

Additional treatments and appointments are optional and are only recommended to support and accelerate your results. 

Typically we are able to assist our clients achieve significant results and improvements in 6 weeks.

We understand how busy life can be. 

Therefore, you will receive a friendly text message reminder 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.

Every now and then, unexpected events happen.

Cancelling your appointment with sufficient notice will allow us to offer the appointment to another client in need.

Whilst our clinic is located on the Gold Coast, we have many interstate and international clients. 

Our practitioners offer telephone and online consultations (zoom).

Wellness Sanctuary  is a wellness centre that does not provide medical treatments.

We provide alternative and complementary health treatments that are non-invasive treatments to support healing and wellness.

We are not a medical clinic and do not offer medicare rebates or bulk billing.

Some treatments may receive private health insurance rebates and you would need to discuss that specifically with your practitioner.

Our integrated health coach does have medical training and is registered as a medical doctor but when working at Wellness Sanctuary, it is not in a capacity as a doctor.

Practitioners at  Wellness Sanctuary do not prescribe medicines under PBS or medicare.

Supplements are available for purchase from our Gold Coast clinic. 

If you’re not nearby, we do ship Australia wide and internationally. 

Many of our supplements are high quality, therapeutic, ‘practitioner-only’ products which does mean you are required to consult with a practitioner before purchasing these items. 

This is to ensure you are receiving the best possible treatment without any contraindications.

Supplements can be purchased from our Gold Coast clinic Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 4.00pm. Alternatively, we now offer all products for sale online through our website.

Times do vary, however, we endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. 

Local orders are generally received within 24-48 hours. 

However, some of our products are personalised and made especially for you, therefore may take extra time. 

Occasionally, products may be out of stock. 

To avoid disappointment, we do suggest you place your subsequent orders at least one week in advance. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for rural/interstate orders. Our friendly reception team will be happy to provide an estimated time of arrival.

Our Gold Coast clinic is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm. 

You are welcome to call ahead of time so we can have your order ready to pick up.

We are open on Saturday from 9:00am to 2:00pm generally by booking in advance.

We have limited onsite parking at our clinic in Southport. However, should one of our spaces not be available, there is plenty of on street parking.

Please be aware that street parking is metered and is monitored by parking rangers.
